Get to Know Us: Kristy

Get to Know Us Kristy

At KCC Orthodontics, we are blessed to have an incredible team. Many of our team members came to us through a personal connection or referral, and Kristy is a perfect example — her kids were actually patients of ours before she joined the team!

Kristy’s primary role is Treatment Coordinator. If you’ve been in for an initial consultation, there’s a good chance you’ve already met her! What makes Kristy valuable in the consultation room is simple: she cares about people. One of her favorite parts of “TC-ing” is getting to connect with patients beyond their orthodontic needs.

Beyond treatment coordinating, Kristy is an important part of our Marketing Team. She manages all of our print advertising, often heads up any detailed projects and updates, and handles the behind-the-scenes planning and organizing for many of our school partnerships.

Kristy’s attention to detail combined with her creative gifting make her a wonderful fit for the KCC Ortho team — and that same skillset shines outside the office too. In her free time, you can find her diving into new crafty projects like painting banners, making custom cookies for friends & family, or building sets and décor for her church, Parkway Fellowship.

Kristy’s involvement at Parkway Fellowship — spanning over 20 years — is very important to her and her family. She currently serves on the First-Time Guest team, a role that feels like a natural extension of who she is. Outside of church, Kristy is intentional about quality time with her family and regularly dates her husband. Her kids are all growing up fast! Her oldest, Adam, is a senior at Baylor University. Her second oldest, AJ, just graduated from Tompkins High School — go Falcons! — and will be heading to Baylor in the fall to join his brother. And Kristy’s youngest, Jill, raises lambs in FFA and helps manage the Tompkins HS varsity volleyball team.

If you know Kristy, none of this will surprise you — she is passionate about a holistic approach to health and wellness. In her self-care time, you’ll often find her researching clean, holistic products or staying active. Her current favorite way to move? Pickleball! — though we imagine the new family puppy, a blue merle cavapoo, is giving her plenty of extra steps!

We are so grateful to have Kristy on the KCC Orthodontics team. She is a valued member of our Treatment Coordinating team, and we know you’ll love getting to know her. If you’d like to meet Kristy, book an online consultation today — we’d love to connect with you!
