Annie is one of the first friendly faces you see when entering our KCC Orthodontics office. She serves as one of our front desk receptionists. Annie is also our primary Insurance Coordinator.
Annie can help you check in for your appointment and make payments. She’s also available to answer any questions about orthodontic insurance! We accept most insurances!
Katy ClearChoice Orthodontics feels it is a blessing to have Annie on the team. She’s been with Dr. Gutierrez since the start of the practice. Annie is a Texas Tech graduate! She came into our practice with direct insurance experience. Her experience has set her apart in this aspect of our practice. Getting the most out of your insurance benefit is an utmost priority at KCC Orthodontics.
One of the assets Annie brings to our team is that she is very personable. Annie has a passion for people. It won’t surprise you if Annie recognizes your haircut or asks about your recent vacation. Her genuine interest in the lives of our patients helps bring the KCC family together.
Additionally, Annie is a great communicator. She speaks both English and Spanish. This helps when speaking to our bilingual patients. We are primarily an English-speaking practice. However, we understand the value of connecting through your native language when possible.
When Annie isn’t working at KCC Orthodontics, you may find her walking or running with her family and two dogs. Her hobbies include puzzling and attending yoga classes at the YMCA. In fact, Annie is so good at yoga, that she can do a headstand on a paddleboard!
Come on in and meet Annie by scheduling your complimentary consultation. We see patients Monday through Thursday. Our consultations start as early as 7:30 am, with our latest being at 4 pm. Annie, along with the rest of our team, looks forward to meeting you!
